Studio Policies
Cancellation

Appointments are reserved specifically for you. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% service charge, and no-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Late Arrival

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened session or require rescheduling. Full service fees apply regardless of treatment time adjustments.
Guest & Children

To maintain a safe, focused, and professional treatment environment, no additional guests or children are permitted in the studio unless prior approval has been given.
Health Disclosure

Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, and recent treatments prior to service. Failure to disclose may result in treatment modification, postponement, or refusal of service to protect client safety.

The PFB Membership is billed monthly and includes two 60-minute corrective treatment per month. Sessions do not roll over, and memberships must be canceled prior to the next billing date. Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
All services, packages, memberships, and deposits are non-refundable once services have been rendered. Results vary based on individual skin condition, consistency, and adherence to home care recommendations.
In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, appointments may be rescheduled without penalty. Client safety is the priority.
Heaven On Skin reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if contraindications are present, policies are repeatedly violated, or if client behavior compromises safety or professionalism.
