How do I know which facial to book?
Book based on time, not a specific treatment. Your skin will be assessed at your appointment and the appropriate services will be selected for you.
Do you work on all skin tones?
Yes. All treatments are performed with protocols safe for all skin tones and Fitzpatrick types.
Do I need a consultation first?
A separate consultation is not required. Skin assessment is included with your appointment.
Are extractions included?
Extractions are included when appropriate and safe for your skin on the day of treatment.

What is Pseudofolliculitis Barbae (PFB)?
PFB is a chronic condition where shaved hairs grow back into the skin, causing razor bumps, inflammation, and dark marks.
How often should I book PFB treatments?
Every two weeks is recommended to keep ingrowns, inflammation, and buildup under control.
Can non-military men book PFB treatments?
Yes. PFB treatments are available to both military and non-military clients.
Is the PFB membership a contract?
No. The membership is month-to-month and can be canceled with proper notice.
Does the PFB membership include everything?
Yes. Treatments and modalities are selected as needed at each visit based on your skin’s condition.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or forfeiture of deposit.
What if I am late?
Late arrivals will receive the remaining time of their appointment. The full service may not be possible if you arrive late.
Do you work with pregnant or breastfeeding clients?
Yes, with appropriate modifications. Please disclose pregnancy or breastfeeding on your intake form prior to treatment.
What if I have an allergic reaction?
Please contact me immediately if you experience an adverse reaction. Patch testing and proper disclosure help reduce risk, but reactions can still occur.
How should I prep for my appointment?
Avoid exfoliants, retinoids, and active treatments for at least 3–5 days prior to your appointment unless otherwise instructed.
What should I avoid after my facial?
Avoid heavy workouts, heat, exfoliation, and active products for 24–48 hours, depending on your treatment.
